The amount of anxiety I had around our water heater being “totally shot and unfixable” quoted by another plumbing service had me in tears. I found PV plumbing on our Rheem warranty site and immediately called them. They came out within 12 hours annd answered questions prior to coming to our house. Once they arrived, Dave was so calm and collected that he eased my fears around the water heater being “unfixable” prior to even looking at it. In less than 5 minutes, he found the issue and it was back up and working like nothing ever happened! I expressed my concerns about the last plumbers finding and Dave then showed me what he had found and how he fixed it. It was something super easy that made me feel so upset because I felt like I was being scammed from the previous plumber. Dave’s calm demeanor saved my day and this will now be our go to plumbing company!!

Bartram Springs, our garbage disposal was leaking water, so we contacted PV Plumbing in Ponte Vedra. **Pros** Exceptional friendliness throughout the service, He began work with out delay, No mess was left behind, The job was completed efficiently in no time (I greatly value this), Their price was surprisingly lower than the average for this area. **Con:** They are in high demand, so be sure to confirm a specific timeframe for your service. We were in a bind to get a faucet replaced before going on vacation. An appointment with a different plumber had already fallen through. Aidan from Pv Plumbing immediately texted me back regarding my small job. He showed up 10 minutes early the next morning and took care of it. I'm sure that small jobs like mine can be an inconvenience. I want to thank him for his prompt professional service. When I have more significant plumbing needs they will definitely be my first call.

I called these folks at 9:45 am for an estimate to replace a 40 gallon electric water heater. By 10:10 am I had a written estimate and at 3:30 pm the same day, the job was completed. Way less expensive than Lowes, Home Depot, Master Craft Plumbing and David Gray Plumbing, and also way faster. The work was perfect, old tank hauled away, nice looking van, friendly professional tech in company clothing. THIS IS THE WAY IT SHOULD WORK WITH ALL OF THE TRADES, but sadly, this is the rare exception. Highly recommended, 110% satisfied, will use them again.
